I visited a website today. I wanted more information I tried to fill out their contact form. It had one of those lovely CAPTCHA fields on it. You know the ones, they take text in the form of an image and scramble it to the point where a computer can’t read it and automatically fill out the form. Are there better options?

Choosing Your Website Analytics, does it matter?

I get lots of questions on how to install particular website analyzers. Oddly enough, I don’t normally get questions about what to use or what to even track. Instead I usually get questions about how to use the application they’ve already set their mind on.
