It’s actually a tgz file. So that means it’s Tar’d and Gzipped. Basically compressed twice. You should be able to also decompress the large file. If you are having problems let me know I’ll create just a zip file for you.

Dont know if I’m being stupid but when I decompress the gz file with Winrar I just get one huge file not four folders?

Just ignore me, thats rubbish. I have recieved an email from xcart saying that the reson the patch didnt work was due to a duplicate entry which would suggest that they do exist.

I checked and there were missing lines of code that must have been replaced when I upgraded xcart. Should work now. I’ll let you know tomorrow

OK looks like I may have found the problem. I have recently upgraded to 4.4.5 and the DB no longer has the fields that you normally use in the xcart_config table. I Tried to run the sql patch again but it fails at the section : INSERT INTO `xcart_config`

using PHPmyAdmin I can’t see those fields in xcart_config. Not sure if xcart have changed the DB structure in 4.4.5

Thanks Jason, I have changed the theme on our site so possibly I have changed something. I’ll check the checkout page to make sure nothing has changed on that.

I’ve checked a couple clients I’m working with and it seems to still be working even after March 19th. Is there any chance that you’ve changed anything? The eCommerce stuff is just on the final page of checking out. Double check your install. If everything is looking good on your end I’ll see what I can do to help.

Hi mate, I have had this working for quite a while now and just noticed that since the 19th March it has stopped recording the ecommerce side of things. Do you know if something has changed at the google end that I would have to adjust on the plugin?
